Unlike Rebrickable or BrickLink, which require you to find and buy parts separately, MOCBoxing delivers the complete experience in one package, including all parts and instructions.

What do I get when I order a MOC set?
You’ll receive all the genuine LEGO parts needed to build the model, along with a digital instruction manual. Some sets also include custom packaging or thank-you notes.
Do your sets include instructions?
Yes, you will get a piece of paper with your order that has a QR code link, that sends you to a digital instruction manual created by the MOC designer. We can print instructions at an extra cost, send us an email at MOCBoxing@Gmail.com for further inquiries.
Are the LEGO bricks new or used?
We offer both used or new depending on your budget. When you buy new, we guarantee the highest fresh quality of bricks. When you buy used we try our hardest to get you used bricks above a certain quality threshold.
Can I buy instructions only?
Currently, we focus on full kits including both bricks and instructions. We may offer instructions-only in the future. If you want us to help you out with finding the best places, or maybe even printing out the instructions , drop us an email and we'll gladly help you out.
Are your products compatible with LEGO bricks?
Absolutely. All parts used in our kits are 100% genuine LEGO bricks and fully compatible with your collection.
Do you use 100% Official LEGO bricks?
Yes, we guarantee that every brick we use is 100% genuine LEGO. We know how important quality is to builders, which is why we only source official LEGO parts—never third-party or imitation bricks. You can build with confidence, knowing your set will meet the durability, precision, and standard you expect from LEGO.

What is your return policy?
We currently don't offer returns due to us being on demand fulfillment, and don't have a place to send products back to. But in the event you are not pleased with your product or are having issues, send us an email and we will give our full support and if needed a full refund.
Can I return a custom or built MOC?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-built or partially assembled MOCs. All returns must be unopened and unused.
What if my order arrives damaged or missing pieces?
Please get in touch with us immediately. We’ll replace any missing pieces or damaged parts free of charge.
