MOCBoxing is an online store that sells high-quality custom LEGO sets known as MOCs (My Own Creations). We partner with talented designers around the world to offer full kits that include all the necessary bricks and detailed instructions.
MOC stands for 'My Own Creation.' It’s a term used in the LEGO community to describe original builds made by independent designers rather than official LEGO sets.
We collaborate with a wide range of LEGO MOC designers from all over the world—each with their own unique style. You can explore their bios on our site and see the MOCs they've created.
No, MOCs sold on MOCBoxing are not official LEGO products. They are custom-designed builds created by independent LEGO fans using genuine LEGO parts.
Unlike Rebrickable or BrickLink, which require you to find and buy parts separately, MOCBoxing delivers the complete experience in one package, including all parts and instructions.
Products & Inventory

You’ll receive all the genuine LEGO parts needed to build the model, along with a digital instruction manual. Some sets also include custom packaging or thank-you notes.

Yes, you will get a piece of paper with your order that has a QR code link, that sends you to a digital instruction manual created by the MOC designer. We can print instructions at an extra cost, send us an email at MOCBoxing@Gmail.com for further inquiries.

We offer both used or new depending on your budget. When you buy new, we guarantee the highest fresh quality of bricks. When you buy used we try our hardest to get you used bricks above a certain quality threshold.

Currently, we focus on full kits including both bricks and instructions. We may offer instructions-only in the future. If you want us to help you out with finding the best places, or maybe even printing out the instructions , drop us an email and we'll gladly help you out.
Absolutely. All parts used in our kits are 100% genuine LEGO bricks and fully compatible with your collection.

Yes, we guarantee that every brick we use is 100% genuine LEGO. We know how important quality is to builders, which is why we only source official LEGO parts—never third-party or imitation bricks. You can build with confidence, knowing your set will meet the durability, precision, and standard you expect from LEGO.
Ordering & Checkout
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting a MOC, adding it to your cart, and proceeding through the checkout process.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we may include custom messages upon request. Reach out to us before placing the order.
Our store supports multiple currencies, but all transactions are processed in USD. Currency display depends on your location or settings.
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your information for next time.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship from the UK and the US, depending on the item and your location. Some products may be fulfilled from different regions.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees may vary based on your location.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 for orders within the US (This does not change depending on amount of MOCs bought.) For international orders, it varies and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by location, but typically range from 5–15 business days. You’ll receive an estimate at checkout.
Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team with your order number so we can help.
Returns & Refunds

We currently don't offer returns due to us being on demand fulfillment, and don't have a place to send products back to. But in the event you are not pleased with your product or are having issues, send us an email and we will give our full support and if needed a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-built or partially assembled MOCs. All returns must be unopened and unused.
Please get in touch with us immediately. We’ll replace any missing pieces or damaged parts free of charge.

Payments & Security
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more, depending on your region.

Building Instructions & Support

You’ll receive a QR code on an sheet of paper with your MOC. Once scanned you'll be taken to a pdf download of your instructions.

Instructions are typically provided in PDF format, easily viewable on phones, tablets, or computers.
Absolutely! Reach out via Discord or email and we’ll help you through the issue.

Navigate to our help section on the MOCBoxing website, and find the page labelled "I have a missing part" and fill out our form. We will get back to you as soon as possible, find the missing parts you need and send them out at no extra cost!

Yes! We welcome designer submissions through our 'Become a Designer' page. We review each submission carefully.
