Community Courtyard
the little brother of the assembly square - a Moc of a group of buildings that surrounds a courtyard

you will get two SEPARATE partslist and two SEPARATE handcrafted instructions (one for the nomral vwersion of the moc and one of the Moc without an interior (the shell only)
the normal version of the moc / the shell only




the ground floor consists of:
- a vinyl record store (ty vidiyo 2x2 printed tiles)
- a laundromat with a snack vending machine
- a clock repair store


the first and second floor consists of two apartments
apartment one (the cat owners apartment):
- a small kitchen
- a reading nook with round windows
- some plants
- some storage under the stairs
- a bed witn a sidetable
- everything a cat needs (a cat tree, bowl, comfy bed)



apartment two (the foodie's apartment):
- a big kitchen (currently making sushi)
- a big shelf for all sorts of cook books
- comfy chairs and a bed
- enough storage for clothes ad other things

- a small office for a struggling author

Products & Inventory

You’ll receive all the genuine LEGO parts needed to build the model, along with a digital instruction manual. Some sets also include custom packaging or thank-you notes.

Yes, you will get a piece of paper with your order that has a QR code link, that sends you to a digital instruction manual created by the MOC designer. We can print instructions at an extra cost, send us an email at MOCBoxing@Gmail.com for further inquiries.

We offer both used or new depending on your budget. When you buy new, we guarantee the highest fresh quality of bricks. When you buy used we try our hardest to get you used bricks above a certain quality threshold.

Currently, we focus on full kits including both bricks and instructions. We may offer instructions-only in the future. If you want us to help you out with finding the best places, or maybe even printing out the instructions , drop us an email and we'll gladly help you out.

Returns & Refunds

We currently don't offer returns due to us being on demand fulfillment, and don't have a place to send products back to. But in the event you are not pleased with your product or are having issues, send us an email and we will give our full support and if needed a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-built or partially assembled MOCs. All returns must be unopened and unused.
