Remake of Johnny Thunder Set - Traditional MOC

This MOC is based on the classic Adventurers Desert set from 1998 Sphinx Secret Surprise. With Action features including an articulated sphinx, Mummy Pop-Up, Escape Trap Door, and more! 

Important notes on inventory items and building instructions (PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING):

To calculate how many bricks you need for the build, input in "My Parts" and/or “My Sets” the amount of sets you own, and then use the “Build this MOC” function. 

For any piece color with [NO COLOR/ANY COLOR] in the inventory list the color doesn't matter, the piece does, and can be replaced with any color, as long as the piece is the same. Within the instructions the parts that are [NO COLOR/ANY COLOR] will appear as pink.

Within the PDF building instructions, bricks from the inventory labeled "No Color/Any Color" appear as pink, any piece that is pink in the instructions is not visible from the exterior and can be used.

Some items in the images are not included in the final inventory count as they include Minifigures, animals, flags, shields, and pieces not essential in building up the MOC and interiors. Additionally, some of the pieces in the images are used differently in the instructions and inventory with a slight color change, or other variations/molds of certain piece are used. Always use the most recent and/or cost efficient mold. THE MOST COST-EFFECTIVE AND COMPLETE LIST OF PARTS IS IN THE INVENTORY TAB OF THIS MOC (USE MOST RECENT MOLDS). Please let me know if you see any outdated, or more cost effective molds in this inventory and I will go in and change them!

There is alternate inventory for this MOC using the classic gray, blue, and red colors for the sphinx from the original set included the files section of this MOC. To calculate how many bricks you need for that build, input in "My Parts" and/or “My Sets” the amount of sets you own, and then use the “Build this MOC” function. 

The instructions for Pippin Reed's Camera are only available on my instagram page at  @dreambuildbricks, the build is fairly simple and could be built just by looking at the pictures included to know what parts are needed. Additionally, the parts needed for the camera are part of the inventory for this MOC.
