FOR THE CAPE AND LIGHTSABER BLADE - I'd advise using eBay, as you can pick up the Obi-wan figure (contains both parts) for relatively cheap, whereas buying those parts individually on Bricklink can be very expensive! Including those, the price per part for the MOC is worse than the Hoopty set! Without those, it's relatively normal.
