Animal Crossing Moc Collection [4 in 1] - Part I
A pack of four of my Animal Crossing Mocs:

- Nook's Cranny ( MOC-196104 )
- Able Sisters ( MOC-196448 )
- Resident Services (  MOC-196755 )
- Animal Crossing Modular Bases ( MOC-200481 )

you will get 6 handcrafted PDF instructions and 6 bricklink partslists (one for each building/ base)
(Blue bricks and plates in the bases partslist ONLY can be any color - these bricks are there for construction)

all buildings are modular - you can remove the roof and the front of the buildings for easy access/ display/ play


Nook's Cranny:
Including most of the recognizable things that made the shop what it is (besides two tanukis)

- it has the front area of the store with its tiled floor and small furniture displays, the locker with seeds and diy recipies - and of course the counter with the cashregister, stool and stairs to the backroom

- in the back there are the big furnite displays - today with a piano, floating planter and the antique sewing machine 

- the whole build is modular - you can remove the roof and the front section for easy access (or display)


Able Sisters:
The Exterior inlcudes:
- the red wood paneling facade with the green roof (+ the small chimney),
- the big store window with small displays
- the shop sign with the stripped green awning

The Interior includes:
- Sables corner with her sewing machine, fabric and yarn supplies
- a display for one whole body outfit (reduced from 2 ingame to keep with the size of the extierior)
- the walldisplay of hats and the clothing display in the middle of the store (same as the full body outfit display - reduced the amount of ingame displays to keep with the size of the store)
- the changing room with a mirror and the red curtains
- and of course the custom design portal and the hedgehogs family portaits


Resident Services:
The Exterior inlcudes:
- pale green notcie boart
- the flag pole of the island
- the stereo for daily group workouts
- the two lamppost on the left and right of the plaza

The Interior includes:
- the services counters for isabelle and tom nook
- two desk for isabelle and Tom Nook
- the coffee table in the corner
- a self with differnet office supplies
- the lost and found chest
- the nook terminal


The Bases:
three modular bases that slot into each other

the Able Sisters building now sits on a cliff. a stone inclines lets up to it
youll find some tree, bushes and other details, like a small wheat and pumpkin farm 
And of course a stepping stone custom design code

Nooks Cranny now has a path that leads to it
surrounded by trees adn bushes and of course the signature triangles in the grass
a diy workbench is nearby in case you wanna craft something to sell
and of course some turnips

the Resident Services building now had its signature plaza in front of it, a bridge over the river leads to it
and a balloon is flying near by so grab the slingshot
