bases for each of my animal crossing modulars

you will get 3 handcrafted PDF instructions and 3 bricklink partslists for each of the 3 bases (ONLY THE BASES)
one for able sister, nooks cranny and residence services - the bases are modular, you can easly remove the building or the bases from each other

(each base cost around 100€ - the inventory tab shows parts needed for all three bases) 

parts note: every blue colored brick and plate can be replaced with any color - i used blue exclusively to support the structure of the moc

Able sisters
the able sisters building now sits on a cliff. a stone inclines lets up to it
youll find some tree, bushes and other details, like a small wheat and pumpkin farm 
And of course a stepping stone custom design code

Nooks Cranny
the island shop now has a path that leads to it
surrounded by trees adn bushes and of course the signature triangles in the grass
a diy workbench is nearby in case you wanna craft something to sell
and of course some turnips

Residence Services
the residence Service building now had its signature plaza in front of it
a bridge over the river leads to it
a balloon is flying near by so grab the slingshot


changelog - 5/11 I changed the 111 nougat 1x2 tiles for the much cheaper 1x1 tiles (added 222 of them to the inventory lists) - also edited the instructions to reflect this change

You’ll receive all the genuine LEGO parts needed to build the model, along with a digital instruction manual. Some sets also include custom packaging or thank-you notes.

Yes, you will get a piece of paper with your order that has a QR code link, that sends you to a digital instruction manual created by the MOC designer. We can print instructions at an extra cost, send us an email at MOCBoxing@Gmail.com for further inquiries.

We offer both used or new depending on your budget. When you buy new, we guarantee the highest fresh quality of bricks. When you buy used we try our hardest to get you used bricks above a certain quality threshold.

Currently, we focus on full kits including both bricks and instructions. We may offer instructions-only in the future. If you want us to help you out with finding the best places, or maybe even printing out the instructions , drop us an email and we'll gladly help you out.

We currently don't offer returns due to us being on demand fulfillment, and don't have a place to send products back to. But in the event you are not pleased with your product or are having issues, send us an email and we will give our full support and if needed a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-built or partially assembled MOCs. All returns must be unopened and unused.
