-An antique bookstore on the ground floor connected to a townhouse, a cozy couch by a wall of art and a warm fireplace

-On the first floor there is a kitchen with a fridge, counter and stove and living room with space to dine, read  and relax

-Stairs lead up to the loft with a sofabed, the owners fishtank and some knick-knacks. the flatroof is accessable by a door
