Assault Gunboat MOC

Here's my take on the Assault Gunboat, also kown as the Alpha-class XG-1 Star Wing, a ship that was introduced on the classic Star Wars: X-Wing PC game and became a fan favorite design, even though it was never depicted in a movie or TV series.
While most MOCs of this ship are quite large, I went for a "play scale" version, in a size that feels at home near to the smaller 2021 Star Wars sets, which also means this won't take much space in a shelf. Despite being small, the design, which was based on the model for the X-Wing Miniatures Game, still has some nice details, can fold its wings and fit a minifig inside the cockpit. It's also very sturdy and pretty swooshable.
