a corner square with a statue, that the community holds a weekly flea market at

you get handcrafted PDF instructions and a bricklink partslist
(it will be cheaper you remove the indivitual statue minifig parts and buy the complete rivendell statue when buying from rebrickable)



each week the community comes together at the statue plaza to hold a fleamarket - this time someone is selling their old furniture - anybody in need of an old TV or a comfy chair? - another person is selling their home grown plants (maybe a botanist from another moc...)

its also the perfect place to put up an easel and paint for a while, or just sit under the statue and enjoy the sun
