Let your minifigs come to rest in your city with this bigger version of the modular Botanical Park.

Inspired by the theme of 41757 i've created an Modular Botanical Park, this design is build on an MILS plate and can fit perfectly in your Modular City. You can place this park in between corner buildings, or just in front of the building.

The Botanical Park is built on a MILS plate, this is required due to the pool that has an lowered level.

there are some options you can make
- the MILS plate is covered with green plates, if you want another color then just change the 4x4 green plates and some smaller plates that fill the gaps.
- below the 4x4 plates, i only used black bricks, if you want to use other color bricks then just swap these. you wont see any of the color from these bricks so you can use any color you would like to fill up the MILS plate.

You’ll receive all the genuine LEGO parts needed to build the model, along with a digital instruction manual. Some sets also include custom packaging or thank-you notes.

Yes, you will get a piece of paper with your order that has a QR code link, that sends you to a digital instruction manual created by the MOC designer. We can print instructions at an extra cost, send us an email at MOCBoxing@Gmail.com for further inquiries.

We offer both used or new depending on your budget. When you buy new, we guarantee the highest fresh quality of bricks. When you buy used we try our hardest to get you used bricks above a certain quality threshold.

Currently, we focus on full kits including both bricks and instructions. We may offer instructions-only in the future. If you want us to help you out with finding the best places, or maybe even printing out the instructions , drop us an email and we'll gladly help you out.

We currently don't offer returns due to us being on demand fulfillment, and don't have a place to send products back to. But in the event you are not pleased with your product or are having issues, send us an email and we will give our full support and if needed a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-built or partially assembled MOCs. All returns must be unopened and unused.
