British Modular Collection
a collection of 4 of my british modular mocs
including:
MOC-198676 - Terraced Houses
MOC-201003 - Bed and Breakfast
MOC-202302 - Village Square
MOC-203003 - the Honeybee
you will get 6 handcrafted PDF instructions and 6 bricklink partslists (one for each moc, 3 for each terraced house)
Terraced Houses
a group of british row homes
three small homes with cozy interiors and backyards - each with its own character
Bed and Breakfast - the Owl Nest
the small cottage is overgrown with wisteria and ivy, a big oak tree decorates the front yard.
the ground floor has the check in desk and some storage, through the arch youll find the cozy livingspace for guest
counters with breakfast foods (pasteries, coffee and tea, fresh waffles from the wafflemaker and croissants)
a big chair and sofa for the guests to rest and relax in, eat their breakfast or enjoy an evening reading by the fire.
the first floor is where the guest rooms are located, beds with quilted blankets, a view over the town and of course some room service
Village Square
the british cousin of the assembly square - a Moc of a square with a big oak tree surrounded by a old pub and a community center
the Mossy Barrel Pub
once the oak barrel pub, named after the big oak tree in front, got painted and scrubed clean each year - until the owner gave up and embraced the creeping moss
now the newly named 'mossy barrel pub' serves fresh drinks and delicous snacks
the ground floor has the main bar and a comfy couch in the bay window, the first floor has a few booths and some bar stool seating overlooking the square
the Community Center
the highest building in the village is the community center, a spot for everyone to gather, converse or to just look at the clock tower to tell the time - a townhall that brings the community together
the ground floor has a library, some public computers, room for gatherings, and some seating
the first floor is where the mayors office is located, famous for bringing their cat to work, so of course they have a cat tree in there - also some storage, a desk for work and a coffee machine for longer nights
the Honeybee
a honey store inside an british tudor style building
a old beekeepers store, that sells honey for generations - wildflower, creamed, manuka - every sort of honey you could ever ask for (they also sell honeycomb if thats why youre looking for). even the bed and breakfast next door offers the 'honeybee's honey for breakfast
above the shop is the owners residence - a small apartment with a kitchen, a bed and balcony overlooking the road
