the big brother of the community courtyard - a Moc of a group of buildings that surrounds a courtyard
my largest moc to date that includes: two apartments, a roof top garden,  a basketball court, a square, a pasterie bakery, a coffee shop, a subway station and an antique music store



you will get 3 part handcrafted PDF instructions that span over 1200 steps and a bricklink partslist
(all blue bricks and plates can be replaced by any color on the partslist)



the Subway Station and Coffee Shop
near the square youll find the entrance to the subways station, right next to a coffee store, with a few seats the coffee counter and all the equipment need to make coffee to stay or to go



the Antique Music Store
being the rounded windows youll find an antique music store
need rare sheet music? an old piano or saxophone, this is the place



The Macaron Pastissserie
macha chocolate, lavender mint, berry and cream or just plain double chocolate - if you like macarons youll find your favorite flavor here!



the Plant Lover's apartment
a small cramed apartment that feels still homey and cozy - a fride full of posted notes and postcards, a comfy chair by the window and the bed on the second floor - all under the big skylight in the roof



The Architect's Loft
a largers two story apartment owned by an architect, modern but still homey furniture, a sketching table and access to the private roof top garden that is used for bee keeping
