you get handcrafted PDF instructions and a 2 bricklink partslist (one with and one without the minifigs)
a small park inbetween buildings with:
- a newspaper stand that sells everything one could need
- a bench to relax at to the sound of the fountain
- a big tree to lie under or to play in the shade
- the people enjoying the small spot of nature in the city, the boy playing with his dog, the vendor selling his newspaper and the small rat sulking around
