Convenience Store 
a Moc of a half baseplate Modular - a Japanese Convenience Store on the ground floor/ a minimalist's flat on the first floor/ a rooftop garden on the top floor

this is part one of my japanese inspired Modulars

you will get handcrafted PDF instructions and two bricklink partslists  (1. complete moc with interior, 2. only the minifigs)


the Convenience store has most things you would find inside a japanese convenience store

the ground floor:
- a gacha machine
- a ramen vending machine
- different drinks
- coffee and hot drinks
- snacks and onigiri
- pasteries and more



the first floor is a tiny minimalist's flat:
- a small kitchen witha  microwave
- a bed with a nighttable
- some plants inside and on the balcony
- some storage



the rooftop:
- some plants so care for
- a small tree
- a view over the city
