While the concept might seem too cool to be used in battle, double barrel tanks aren't actually an efficient way of building tanks. More space is needed inside the tank to load the barrels and there is limited movement for the barrels if you ever need to shoot at targets in different horizontal directions. Still looks cool in my opinion.
