Erickson Skycrane Helicopter 'Elvis' - WIP Release

Introducing my latest work-in-progress MOC: a tribute to the legendary Erickson Skycrane, affectionately known in Australia as 'Elvis'. This iconic aerial firefighter has played a crucial role in bushfire seasons across the country, and this MOC aims to capture its unique and unmistakable silhouette.

While I’m still refining some of the building techniques—particularly around the cab-to-frame connection and making it possible to remove/add a pilot with ease—I wanted to share this early version with the community as a download. Consider it a WIP release, with plans to revisit and improve it down the line.

Whether you’re adding it to your Lego firefighting fleet or just appreciate this one-of-a-kind aircraft, I hope you enjoy building and customising it as much as I’ve enjoyed designing it so far.
