NCR Ranger/ The Courier - comes with anti-material rifle that can be attached to his back using the bolt on the rifle. Is roughly the same height as the power armor, so is compatible with those sets. The rubber band isn't on Stud.io, but is included in the parts list - just loop it around the right forearm if you want to add it (entirely optional).
This isn't a perfect recreation of the armour, but it's the closest I can get at this scale, and I think it's instantly recognisable. Mobility is somewhat limited in the lower half of the body, unfortunately there's just no good way to mitigate that on a model like this, due to the long coat, and the jeans going over the boots.
Does not come with the small rock build that he's standing on, I just made that to pose him like the cover art.
