the groundfloor is the Goodwin Apothecary - a store for witches, it has everything a witch could need
- ancient books
- spell scrolls
- herbs and other ingredients
- wands and brooms



the first floor is a livingroom :
- a cozy fireplace with a chair
- a cauldron for brewing
- some shelfs with knick knacks


the roofstop is a garden with:
- a telescope to observe the stars
- a plot and some pots for flowers and herbs
- the perfect spot for a witch to take of with a broom
