V002 of the design sees 6 additional pieces used to keep the wings locked into the upward position, where V001 was unreliable in this regard. I have included a file with the additional pieces you need to make these changes if you purchased V001, THIS IS NOT NEEDED FOR NEW CUSTOMERS!! If you bought the instructions after these changes were made, the inventory already gives you everything you need.

Battle the evil First Order and help The Resistance keep the Galaxy safe with the Incom T-70 X-Wing Starfighter! The sleek update to the classic fighter sees numerous improvements to the design with slimmer wings, sharper angles, larger engines, and a killer black and orange color scheme!
This model, like my T-65, aims to bring Star Wars fans the most accurate, yet playable model possible, with extremely durable building techniques, a unique S-foil mechanism design that doesn't require rubber bands or gears to operate, and the aesthetics you would want to see from this extremely beautiful Star Wars ship. Additional features include easy to open cockpit and side panels to fit your pilot figure, fully retractable landing gear, a slot that can snugly fit either a BB or R2 unit, and underslung blasters to defend the ship while it's in landed mode!
I have also modified the stand for the T-65 to accommodate the T-70's slightly different fuselage shape, and the instructions for that are available separately for no additional cost.
