you will get handcrafted PDF instructions and bricklink partslist for each individual MOC (plus extra versions for minfigs seen in renders and a different roof color version of 'the alley home')
(a blue plates/bricks can be replaced by any color)


Convenience Store
a Moc of a half baseplate Modular - a Japanese Convenience Store on the ground floor/ a minimalist's flat on the first floor/ a rooftop graden on the top floor



Tea Shop

a Moc of a half baseplate corner Modular - a Japanese Tea Shop on the ground floor/ a small flat on the first floor



the Traditional
behind the front gate youll find a serene garden, with some plants, a tall tree that provides shade and a zen garden. there are a few potted plant and a small cherry blossom tree on the raised terrace, next to the homes entrance - a sliding door lead into the living room with a kotatsu a some birch wood storage. The other sliding door leads into a minimal kitchen

the second floor has the owners futon, some linen and some spare knick knacks




the Alley Home

a older building next to an alley, turned into a make shift garden by the owner, the old wooden utility pole is now used to dry clothes next to the big tree
in front of the home stands a collections of potted plants

the interior of the home is simple, some floor seating by a table, some storage and a kitchen and of course a bowl for the otter (the the owner has a pet otter)
the first floor has the owners bed in front of a tv with a controller, the other side has a table for building blocks moc the owner is working on and a large cabinet full of sorted bricks





the Torii Gate
A japanese inspired park with a Torii gate standing in the water, stepping stones leading visitors to it, with paper lantern ready to be launched


by the entrace visitors can by dango, to enjoy during a walk in nature,  an old wooden bridge in front of the waterfall, leading guest over the river to the gate
