It's basically a drone, with a frontal camera, four tilting propellers and a white casing. A true technological device of the 21st century.

I don't have much to say about the techniques used here. Dishes are used a lot to mimic constantly spinning blades on micro builds for prop-engine planes and micro-scaled helicopters.
