Micro Jet Fighter

My first source of inspiration came from a comment on Rebrickable under yesterday's LEGO Micro Stealth Bomber MOC. 

User "Ivaskovkiy" suggested I build a jet fighter like the Mig 29 or one of the Sukhoi's. Naturally, I went on google and started to look at blueprints of these aircraft (nothing suspicious). 
I started placing my first bricks looking at the curves of the Sukhoi 27 but using the wings of the Mig 29. Since the Sukhoi 27 has angled intakes under its wings, I didn't want to overcomplicate the design of this micro model and went for a simpler look using two 1x2 inverted curved slopes. That's when things took a turn when I also started looking at blueprints of the French Rafale and the American F-16 Jet Fighters.

Taking various elements and colour schemes from all these aircraft, I ended up making a mix of all of them in micro scale, as I preferred to make much more detailed versions of these aircraft in the future instead.
