16X32 MILS Plate

For those who want to build a MILS plate in a 16x32 dimension, this is all you need!
Note on colors: Purple 2x2 bricks and black 4x4 plates tend to be the cheapest color combinations when buying in a large quantity but that may change depending on the quantity being purchased, your region, etc.

Some people will put technic bricks in the base of the plates to connect with them with other plates, I find it unnecessary because it makes it more difficult to pull them apart and re-arrange and it also adds additional cost, therefore I've omitted them from this iteration,
