A few notes on the parts:
  • The 36 black 1x1 bricks (#3005) and 42 black 1x2 bricks (#3004) can be swapped with any color. I find black to be cheap (at least near me) but again this can be changed to any color and it won’t be visible from the exterior of the build. 

  • The building does not have an interior and there are no considerations for an interior staircase so the inside is open to your creative interpretation! 

  • You’ll see in the images and instructions it uses the Fabuland pole sign (#13459) but in the Bricklink file it uses part (#13459). This part is much cheaper and more widely available.

  • In order to save on cost, I’ve left a portion of the baseplate untiled except for the dark tan and tan section. Everybody likes to tile their city differently so I’ve left it open for interpretation.
