A few notes on the parts:
The 36 black 1x1 bricks (#3005) and 42 black 1x2 bricks (#3004) can be swapped with any color. I find black to be cheap (at least near me) but again this can be changed to any color and it won’t be visible from the exterior of the build. The building does not have an interior and there are no considerations for an interior staircase so the inside is open to your creative interpretation! You’ll see in the images and instructions it uses the Fabuland pole sign (#13459) but in the Bricklink file it uses part (#13459). This part is much cheaper and more widely available.In order to save on cost, I’ve left a portion of the baseplate untiled except for the dark tan and tan section. Everybody likes to tile their city differently so I’ve left it open for interpretation. If you want to buy just the instructions, you can find them
