Introducing my newest modular! The florist shop with a 3-story Apartment on top. Featuring dark blue awnings and leaves/vines wrapping around a large portion of the building, this 32x32 modular will definitely stand out in your Lego city! The top of the roof (the "cap") is removable, as are all other levels allowing you to access each floor separately. A few important notes:

  • I do not add interiors in any of my builds, this way it keeps the part cost down and allows you to add your own interior details.
  • Aside from a small sidewalk detail, I don't tile any of the sidewalks in my builds to keep the part cost down and because everyone has different styles in their city.
  • Want to add even more plants? Go for it! There are plenty of opportunities in the build where you can add more leaf density throughout. Just add a few more snot bricks or just simply layer them on top of the existing leaves.
  • This building allows for an alleyway on the right side to break up the rows of buildings in your Lego City. It can be paired with my other Corner Modular to create a wider alleyway/walkway which can function as a really wonderful entrance to your city!
