This building is full of detail and design but still sits on a nice small footprint making it versatile and easy to add to any Lego City!

The build features quoining on the sides with the use of ingots, a nice small balcony that uses sand green hot dogs for railings, and most importantly, a rooftop bar complete with wine barrel tables!
Don't want to build it in sand green, maybe you prefer dark orange, sand blue, dark red, or another color? All you have to do is swap out the 1x1 and 1x2 bricks for the color of your choice and you're set!
