Presenting...The Italian Apartments!

This is my most complex, challenging, and detailed MOC yet! The build sits on a 32x32 baseplate with two separate modular buildings, an angled staircase, a small archway, and an endless amount of plants!

This build features a ton of great techniques and part usage! Make sure to check Lego's Pick A Brick website to ensure you're ordering the most cost-effective way.

A few notes:
The technic bricks are optional and are just there for ease of wiring if you decide to light this build up.
A fun upgrade to the terracotta roof would be to add dark orange ingots (I did not include them though due to price, again check PaB!)
The 2x2 dark bluish grey tiling and the rounded cobblestones are entirely optional!
The buildings do not have interiors or interior stairwells to save on price.

Products & Inventory

You’ll receive all the genuine LEGO parts needed to build the model, along with a digital instruction manual. Some sets also include custom packaging or thank-you notes.

Yes, you will get a piece of paper with your order that has a QR code link, that sends you to a digital instruction manual created by the MOC designer. We can print instructions at an extra cost, send us an email at MOCBoxing@Gmail.com for further inquiries.

We offer both used or new depending on your budget. When you buy new, we guarantee the highest fresh quality of bricks. When you buy used we try our hardest to get you used bricks above a certain quality threshold.

Currently, we focus on full kits including both bricks and instructions. We may offer instructions-only in the future. If you want us to help you out with finding the best places, or maybe even printing out the instructions , drop us an email and we'll gladly help you out.

We currently don't offer returns due to us being on demand fulfillment, and don't have a place to send products back to. But in the event you are not pleased with your product or are having issues, send us an email and we will give our full support and if needed a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-built or partially assembled MOCs. All returns must be unopened and unused.
