I wanted to create a more accurate Lego Millennium Falcon in a play-scale size so I modified set #75257. The Falcon I ended up creating is highly detailed on the outside and the inside and rivals the much larger UCS Lego set. The exterior features tight greebling and tiles, and the interior has tiled floors and intricate features throughout the ship. Some minor details were changed compared to the video and pictures, but they are all improvements and piece optimization for improved tiling and details.

This ship is 1/78 scale

The total piece count is 2,825 and the extra pieces to modify the Lego set should cost around $162 currently on Bricklink (it is closer to $200 now since posting). If Bricklink starts to become low inventory/pricey on certain pieces you may want to consider making a Pick-A-Brick order for some of the pieces as I believe most of the pieces needed are available on Lego.

CHANGE LOG
3-30-24: Small greebling details were added to the mandibles. The inventory was updated to add the few new pieces. The previous instructions are perfectly fine and have smoother, tiled mandibles.
