12 Grimmauld Place, Sirius Black's Family Home.

This was my first Bricklink Stud.io moc and when I shared it to my Instagram page (@brick__sanchez), a lot of people asked me if I was selling the instructions, so here we are! I originally created this moc to be placed in front of my Diagon Alley Layout, next to a future Leaky Cauldron Moc!
I've tried to recreate 12 Grimmauld Place as well as I could with the limited space, from a few movie scenes and book descriptions. The facade of the house is based on it's movie appearance, with an old, broken down look. On the ground floor we have a small basement with a mysterious black chest and a nasty rodent. On the front we have a small fence and a little stairway leading up to the front door. If you enter through the door you can see the Troll's leg umbrella holder and on the rightside a Portrait of Walburga Black. On the leftside we have a table for the Order to sit around! On the second floor you're able to open up the facade of the building to look inside! In there we have the lounge room with some comfy sofas, a Grand Piano and a fireplace! And finally on the third floor we have Sirius' and Buckbeak's room with a small bed and a little desk. The roof of the third floor can be opened up to see the interior aswell!

**IMPORTANT NOTES**
1)In the pictures the build is standing on two 8x16 baseplates, but it is actually meant to go on just one 8x16 baseplate, with the front part and stairway put on the sidewalk of a standard 32x32 road baseplate! Because I wanted to keep the front part and still have some room for figures to walk on the sidewalk, the building itself is 6 studs deep.
2) Some of the elements in this build are a bit older and harder to find, be sure to check out which could be replaced with cheaper, more modern varieties!
3) Don't hesitate to message me with any of your questions, I will gladly answer!

Keep this in mind while buying the needed parts!
