BoatHouse Magic School Modular MOCs Part 1

This is the first MOC in a new series of MOCs designed to fit together to form a large scale, highly detailed play and display model of Hogwarts School! 
This first set comes apart in the middle, giving ample space to play and set up scenes with students disembarking from the boats in their first year, or pivotal later scenes involving characters like Professor Snape or Lord Voldemort.
Instructions are included for an optional custom boat as well, but the set is also built to accommodate the standard brown, single-piece rowing boat that lego has used as their standard rowing boat for decades now.

*note - the custom rowing boat is included with this set, both instructions and digital file - the parts inventory does NOT include those parts by default (since it's an optional add-on).
