Town Square Corner is a building consisting of 5 business establishments.
On the ground floor, there is a post drop off office that has a side parking area for the mail delivery truck. The interior is packed with details like packages under the stairs, post lockers, cabinets and packaging materials.
On the side is an oriental tea house with a back outside seating area. The interior comes with all sorts of products like tea, mugs, and pastries. The outside seating area can accommodate 4 persons and sits under a trellis roofing.
The second floor has a printing office with a desk, receiving are and a printing machine, There is also an oriental restaurant called Red Ramen Bar. complete with all the amenities for a delightful restaurant. This is where the tenants have their lunch/dinner.
The top floor has a doctor's office complete with a reception area, 2 exam rooms, a toilet, a private consultation room and pantry. The exam room is packed with details like the wall mounted computer that can be adjusted, the clinic bed that can be adjusted and medical testing equipment like otoscope, ophthalmoscope and BP monitoring device.

02-May-21 Rev.1: minor change in steps 179, 181, 184 and 185 to align the floor of the second level with the stairs from the ground floor. additional 1x2 gray plate and 1x3 tan plate required.
02-May-21 Rev.1: minor change in step 335 to avoid clashing of hinge with the tile. additional 2 pieces of 1x2 white tiles are required.
The change is very minor so if you have already built the MOC, you may choose not to apply the changes.
04-May-24: update parts list to adjust to Bricklink changes.
