La Locanda is a modular building inspired by the LEGO official set 41379 (Heartlake City Restaurant). It consists of an Italian restaurant with living space on the upper level and scooter rental shop with wine distillery on the upper levels. The building can serve as a normal modular or an inverted corner to suit a LEGO city's requirements. the building has been placed at the edge of the baseplate to allow more space in the front part for scenes with minifigs and break the monotonous linear layout of other modular buildings.

Please note that MOC does require a significant amount of extra parts as it consists of 2345 pieces, of which 495 are from set 41379 and 1850 are extra pieces that would need to be purchase separately from the set. You may download the extra parts list here:

No, MOCs sold on MOCBoxing are not official LEGO products. They are custom-designed builds created by independent LEGO fans using genuine LEGO parts.
Products & Inventory

You’ll receive all the genuine LEGO parts needed to build the model, along with a digital instruction manual. Some sets also include custom packaging or thank-you notes.

Yes, you will get a piece of paper with your order that has a QR code link, that sends you to a digital instruction manual created by the MOC designer. We can print instructions at an extra cost, send us an email at MOCBoxing@Gmail.com for further inquiries.

We offer both used or new depending on your budget. When you buy new, we guarantee the highest fresh quality of bricks. When you buy used we try our hardest to get you used bricks above a certain quality threshold.

Currently, we focus on full kits including both bricks and instructions. We may offer instructions-only in the future. If you want us to help you out with finding the best places, or maybe even printing out the instructions , drop us an email and we'll gladly help you out.

Yes, we guarantee that every brick we use is 100% genuine LEGO. We know how important quality is to builders, which is why we only source official LEGO parts—never third-party or imitation bricks. You can build with confidence, knowing your set will meet the durability, precision, and standard you expect from LEGO.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and fees may vary based on your location.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 for orders within the US (This does not change depending on amount of MOCs bought.) For international orders, it varies and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by location, but typically range from 5–15 business days. You’ll receive an estimate at checkout.
Returns & Refunds

We currently don't offer returns due to us being on demand fulfillment, and don't have a place to send products back to. But in the event you are not pleased with your product or are having issues, send us an email and we will give our full support and if needed a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-built or partially assembled MOCs. All returns must be unopened and unused.
