The Ship:

People kept asking for an original series NCC-1701 and I've finally given in! Whats really hard in the scale is capturing the curves and shapes of the hull with the functional parts like the delicate nacelle pylons. It's all too easy to use chunky options here, but the ship cries out for elegance and a delicate touch.

So that's what I've done. Tring to keep the shapes accurate, the ratio of saucer to nacelle, the notches at the front (Bussard EM Field Projector Assembly) all the way to the tapering back of the nacelles. Lots of fun to design.
