Based on the idea of apartment panel-buildings, some apartment buildings are built a bit differently, like for example featuring full-width balconies from one side to the other. Bratislava has a few of these building next to the Danube banks. I took inspiration from the design of these buildings and rebuilt a micro-scaled replication.
