Tea Shop
a Moc of a half baseplate corner Modular - a Japanese Tea Shop on the ground floor/ a small flat on the first floor

this is part two of my japanese inspired Modulars


you will get handcrafted PDF instructions and two bricklink partslists  (1. complete moc with interior, 2. only the minifigs)




the ground floor is a Tea Shop:
- a wall full of drawers with different teas
- a cup and pot display
- a window to order some tea to go
- a vending machine for teas (and maybe even non tea drinks)
- the owners plants
- a small alley with a utility pole and a mailbox
- cat



the first floor is a small flat:
- some basic storage
- a futon
- a table so dine with a small cushion

 - added an updated version of the instructions to make the placement of furniture easier

- changed two 2x2 inverted tiles from bright light blue to medium blue as it is more readily available and fixed a instruction mistake
