Tea Shop & Convenience Store
a Moc of a full baseplate corner Modular - it combines both my Japanese Tea Shop and Convenience Store Mocs
this is part one AND two of my japanese inspired Modulars
you will get handcrafted PDF instructions for both Modulars and two bricklink partslists per Moc (1. complete moc with interior, 2. only the minifigs)
the Convenience store has most things you would find inside a japanese convenience store
the ground floor:
- a gacha machine
- a ramen vending machine
- different drinks
- coffee and hot drinks
- snacks and onigiri
- pasteries and more
the first floor is a tiny minimalist's flat:
- a small kitchen witha microwave
- a bed with a nighttable
- some plants inside and on the balcony
- some storage
the rooftop:
- some plants so care for
- a small tree
- a view over the city
the first floor of the Tea Shop is a small flat of the owner:
- a wall full of drawers with different teas
- a cup and pot display
- a window to order some tea to go
- a vending machine for teas (and maybe even non tea drinks)
- the owners plants
- a small alley with a utility pole and a mailbox

- a futon
- a table so dine with a small cushion

We offer both used or new depending on your budget. When you buy new, we guarantee the highest fresh quality of bricks. When you buy used we try our hardest to get you used bricks above a certain quality threshold.
Currently, we focus on full kits including both bricks and instructions. We may offer instructions-only in the future. If you want us to help you out with finding the best places, or maybe even printing out the instructions , drop us an email and we'll gladly help you out.
Yes, we guarantee that every brick we use is 100% genuine LEGO. We know how important quality is to builders, which is why we only source official LEGO parts—never third-party or imitation bricks. You can build with confidence, knowing your set will meet the durability, precision, and standard you expect from LEGO.
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 for orders within the US (This does not change depending on amount of MOCs bought.) For international orders, it varies and will be calculated at checkout.
We currently don't offer returns due to us being on demand fulfillment, and don't have a place to send products back to. But in the event you are not pleased with your product or are having issues, send us an email and we will give our full support and if needed a full refund.
