the Modern
a moc inspired by a modern japanese apartment building
this is part of my japanese inspired modular series
you will get a two part handcrafted PDF instructions
(all blue bricks and plates can be replaced by any color on the partslist)
the Restaurant
on the right side on the bottom floor youll find a restaurant, no matter if you wanna dine there while watching the chefs cook or order some food to go, the restaurant staff will do their best to make the customers happy - an open kitchen with counter will lets customer view into the kitchen, the bike by the backdoor is ready to take the next deliverer out
the Lobby
the lobby has some seat, some washing machine for the tenants a snack machine and general space, to hang out, get the mail or just wait for the laundry to finish 
the Apartments
both apartments are full of light birch furniture and flooring, one is the colorful home of a graphic designer, with posters on the wall, a kotasu infront of the tv and of course a desk to work at
the other apartment - the sunfloor apartment - is full of green and yellow accents, a big sunflower rug, some cat stuff like a bowl and a litterbox on the balcony -
and for the first time both apartment come with bathrooms
