'well I'm back'



at the end of april ive started to work on my favorite hobbit, samwise gamgee's home that we see at the end of return of the king
'well I'm back' -

I looked at the scene from movie but also at set photos and videos of the hobbiton tour to create this moc - trying to include as much from both versions of the home (as the hobbiton tour one and the one shown at the end of return of the king are quite different)

the big yellow door, sams garden, the sunflowers by the big chimney, etc and then create my own take on the interior of the gamgee residence 

it comes with a modular roof and side wall, that can be removed anytime

I also included some book references like the small silver box galadriel gifts him - containing dirt from her orchard and one silver shelled seed

- all blue plates, bricks and brackets can be replaced by any color

- all red modified bricks can be replaced by any color

- partlist does not include a samwise or rosie minifig, it also does not include a baby for the crib, I recommend either the harry potter infant piece for the baby (sams kid is called hamfast - so it works) or the baby gru baby pieces, that one has dark orange eyebrows so it also wourks quite well
